The Greek town of Volos has been hosting a lantern festival for a number of years to make wishes and make them come true.
There are 10,000 lanterns for sale and the proceeds go to local charities. On December 26, thousands of lanterns simultaneously rise into the sky, creating an incredibly beautiful spectacle.
